The Mysterious Zoids

  "It's a lode of rubbish if ya ask me," said Melissa.
  "Can't argue there," agreed Drew.
  "Don't you guys get it! Its a riddle; Ballad Hunter, (whoever he is), obviously hid these Zoids for a reason! He wouldn't want them found easily if he hid them." exclaimed Alex.
  "Sorry Melissa, I've got to side with Alex on this one," said Erin.
  "Fine," said Melissa, "but what does it mean."
  "Lets follow the clues," said Drew. "If you wish to find the four ultimate Zoids listen to me. Take the first and second of my name. Lets work with that."
  "Hmmmmmm. Well the first part is easy." said Melissa
  "Really," said Drew, "how is it easy."
  "If you wish to find the four ultimate Zoids listen to me. Take the first and second of my name, then add the last. That means that you take the first and last letters of his name and add the last." said Melissa.
  " Well, that means we need to look for a bar." said Alex.
  "There's millions of bars on this planet!" exclaimed Erin. "Now we're wanted criminals! We cant go out in public."
  "No, I don't think he ment that kind of bar." said Melissa. "Do you know of anything else named bar."
  "Well there is an ancient Zoidain cave named bar." said Drew.
  "Excellent," yelled Alex, "lets go!" Erin, Melissa, Alex, and Drew get into their Zoids and ride off. " You do know how to get there right?"
  "I know the general direction. It should be north from here." said Drew.
  "Good." said Melissa and Erin. "For a second there you sounded like you didn't know what you were doing."
  They rode on for many days. Stopping in the middle of the day for rest. Eventually they all got tired of going on day after day. "Drew are you sure we're going the right way." said Melissa angrily.
  "Yep. Hey look a passage." said Drew.
  "Follow the hangings, but don't walk or you'll be crushed. Run you must, but don't go back, for you wont be able to." recited the group.
  "Yes," said Alex, "I should go first cuz I've got the slowest Zoid."
  "Fine." said Melissa. The friends had to go single file through the passage. First went Alex and his Bear Fighter. Next, came Drew and his Hel Digunner. Then Melissa and her Gun Sniper. Bringing up the rear was Erin and her Saber Fang. "Man, this place gives me the creeps"
  "What are you, chicken," said Drew. His Hel Digunner roared. Then, the ground started to shake. "Land slide!" Everyone pushed their Zoids to its max speed. They had barely gotten out when the exit closed.
  "Looks like we're not going back that way," said Erin.
  "Well we did the next part of the riddle." said Melissa.
  "Follow the hangings, but don't walk or you'll be crushed. Run you must, but don't go back, for you wont be able to." recited Alex. "Your right. The hangings were the cliffs. If we didn't run we would've been crushed!"
  "Now your free find the spot with a Command Wolf. What do you think that means," said Drew.
  "That," said Erin as her Saber Fang nodded to a huge chunk of rock with a Command Wolf carved into it. "Break the slab to get the prize, but wait there's more inside! Well, lets break open that rock.
  "Weasel unit, total assault!" yelled Melissa. Missiles and bullets headed toward the huge rock. "Oh my God! Not even a crack!"
  "Lets use all our weapons at the same time on one spot near the bottom." said Erin.
  "Okay," said Melissa, Alex, and Drew in unison.
  "Weasel unit, Total assault!" yelled Melissa.
  "Annihilation unit, Fire." yelled Drew.
  "All weapons, fire!." yelled Erin
  "Mounted cannon, fire!" yelled Alex.
  It took several minutes for the dust to clear away. "Look," said Erin, "it worked! Lets get our Zoids inside." The friends walk their Zoids into the cave to find a hover cargo. They leave their Zoids at the Zoid holding section and walk up to the command section. The group gets to the command section, "Man that long riddle just for this."
  "Hey look," said Alex, "a note. It says: Congratulations you've made it! Now the Liger Zero, Berserk Furry, Shadow Fox, and the Red Blade Liger are yours to keep. Watch out for Shadow, Zeke, Ambient, and the blue organoid; they'll sneak up on you.
        -Ballad Hunter."

  "What's an organoid?" said Melissa.
  "Your guess is as good as mine." said Drew.
  "Rrrrrrr."
  "Stop making those sounds Alex," said Erin.
  "I'm not," replied Alex.
  "So what could have made that noise?" said Drew thoughtfully.
  "T-t-that," said Alex as he pointed at what looked like a red human sized dinosaur type Zoid. (If you don't know who's hover cargo this is, or if you don't know what "thing" just walked up to the friends, then stop reading this story!!!)
  The red Zoid walks up to Alex and starts snifing him. "Look, it has a color," said Alex. "It says Ambient." Ambient then walks over to Erin.
